Preface
Rabbi Ovadia Yosef, former Chief Sephardi Rabbi of Israel and spiritual leader of the Shas Party, publicly stated: “Goyim were born only to serve us. Without that, they have no place in the world” — and compared the lives of non-Jews to donkeys kept alive only to serve Jews..

My religion promised me and my people the whole of the subcontinent of India some umpty thump years ago. My god’s scripture is much truer than anyone else. I demand that my divine rights be granted. Vacate the land, I’m coming with my people as our god ordained before anyone else was here. So there.

The legal standing of scripture as property deed is one of the more remarkable fictions of modern geopolitics. A fiction achieved when Balfour stole from Peter to give Paul the land of Palestine. An unlawful contract in support of an illegal title deed based on scripture. If two wrongs don’t make a right, try three, and they did by systematically intimidating, stealing, and killing to start the goyim cleansing.

Treating scripture as a covenant with legal human standing and the ethos of sovereignty is policy by fairy tale. The separation of god and state has been around since god was a boy. It is foundational not radical.

The Balfour Declaration at least had the minor dignity of being an actual document written by actual humans; albeit one that infamously promised land that wasn’t in Britain’s gift. But that never stopped the British raj from dictating terms.

That a sovereign state chooses to regress is an internal affair and not the basis for concord and covenant with the wider international human communities.

But “God said so” as the basis for territorial sovereignty in international law is indeed fairy tales as policy. Every religious tradition has its own divine real estate claims, ranging from the entire subcontinent, most of the Middle East, chunks of Europe. NONE of which are treated as legally actionable.

The goyim principle subordinates all non-Jews because their scripture said the we, the goyim, have no reason for existence outside our servitude to the chosen people. Talk about a fucking circular argument .

The exceptionalism required to treat one group’s scripture as valid title deed while dismissing all others is itself the argument against it.
